What you need?
Clear glass ornaments
Glitter glue or glitter fabric paint
Ribbon
Just pop of the top, put in some paint and shake it around. Careful not to hit it on anything.
Or curl ribbon with scissors, cut into pieces with a few curls. And put in glass ornament. Or fill with potpourri. Can always add ribbons to the top and use point on the outside to make designs. Be creative.
